ParcelQuest Lite is a product of ParcelQuest, a private corporation working with your county to provide property data access to county residents. ParcelQuest Lite is not intended for individuals or businesses who require large quantities of county data. Users of ParcelQuest Lite are limited to 50 searches and 25 parcel maps per month. ParcelQuest provides much more powerful tools on a subscription basis for individuals or businesses that require county data on demand or in volume.

You may access ParcelQuest Lite and view parcel detail without fee, within the limits stated above. The information presented is complete to the extent your county collects, enters into their database, and releases the data. ParcelQuest cannot edit or amend the county data in any way. Although county property records as provided by the county directly are in the public domain and can be accessed by anyone, ParcelQuest incurs significant costs to compile and process the data and develop and support the systems that deliver the data. Therefore, all content as provided by ParcelQuest Lite is the copyrighted work product of ParcelQuest. Document images and reports, many of which rely on data from additional sources other than the county, can be purchased through ParcelQuest Lite and delivered by email attachment. Information Collection and Use

ParcelQuest collects information at various points, including personally identifiable information. ParcelQuest may obtain personally identifiable information by companies that refer users. We may also require credit card account information to secure purchases made by users.

We collect this information in order to conduct business, improve our performance and functionality, service and support our users, and notify users about changes in our business.

If you choose not to provide us information, you may not be granted access to some or all of our products.

Registration

We request information from the user in order to process an order. A user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user.

In order to access reports, you will be required to complete the order form or contract and forward it to ParcelQuest. You will be asked to complete this registration form on-line, or by fax or postal mail. Applications may be subject to a business credit evaluation.

We use an outside credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services.
